charges are based on product cost before any product discounts or promotions. Please see item descriptions for special shipping requirements. A $10.00 charge per package will be applied to your credit card when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with what you received from J.L.Luik, we are happy to issue a refund via your original payment method, or store credit, in the form of a gift certificate.  

 

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date to be accepted as returned.

How To: J.L.Luik products can be easily sent back by using our pre-paid return shipping label found with the invoice inside the shipped package.  Please mark the return shipping label with either return or credit as appropriate. 

 

Lost your label? Contact us at contact@jlluik.com for a replacement.

 

Returns: When the returned item is received within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item minus a $5.99 return processing free.  We regret that we are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Pease allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account with the same criteria as stated above.

Exchanges/ Gift Certificates: Unfortunately, J.L.Luik does not process exchanges, however a gift certificate will be issued for store credit in lieu of an exchange.  Please mark the return shipping label with credit and return item. Or, contact us at contact@jlluik.com for further assistance.
